We’re happy to announce that our (former) Project Manager Joe West has recently transitioned into the role of Service Operations Manager for Valor Mechanical! Joe joined Valor after years as a tradesman in both the mechanical and construction industries – most recently as an HVAC Service Technician for Service Choice at MN Energy – so this transition was an easy decision.
“Joe’s knowledge on both the construction and service sides of the business has been invaluable to Valor,” says Field Operations Manager, Taylor Bestor. “But specifically, his experience as a service tech allows him to bring a lot of new ideas to the table that will help us enhance our service offerings on the residential side of the business.”
And dare we say, Joe’s excited and motivated. “In my years as a tech, I took a lot of pride in making sure people stay comfortable in their homes. The service team and I still genuinely care about the comfort of our clients here.
