Let us introduce you to Trevor…
When did you start at Valor?
I started at Valor in the summer of 2021 as an HVAC and Commercial Plumber. I have since transitioned to be the Dispatch Coordinator where I directly help clients stay comfortable in their homes and businesses. Through this role, I make sure to get the right person to your HVAC and plumbing problems to assure that you receive the best long-term fix on all your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
What made Valor Mechanical the right career move for you?
I have always been interested in the trades and I like the small town of Stewartville and the family atmosphere Valor has created.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?
I spend a lot of time watching sports and traveling. It’s even better when I can tie the two together. I’ve been to the Brewers, Twins, Cubs, Giants, Cardinals, and Packers stadiums – Go Pack Go!! I also enjoy studying the markets and learning how to become a better investor.
Do you own any pets?
I do not… yet. We will get a dog someday.
Favorite place that you have traveled to and why?
I’ve traveled quite a few different places. My favorites being Iceland and hiking on a glacier and flying over volcanoes, the national parks out west which include Rocky Mountain National Park, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park, Yosemite National Park, and Zion National Park for their natural beauty and wildlife. I’ve also enjoyed traveling to popular attractions throughout the United States such as The Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory, and Route 66 (to name a few).
Did you play any sports in High School or College?
I did not play any sports.
Your go-to restaurant when you don’t want to cook at home and why?
Being from Wisconsin, Culvers and Kwik Trip are high on the list of go-to places. But if we want to eat out, it would be Fat Willy’s in southeast Rochester. It is becoming one of our favorites for their amazing burgers and overall atmosphere with their vintage signs and automobile theme.
